Welcome to My World Upon the Sea;

Beneath the Stars



       I have diverse interests, originally majoring in art specializing in life drawing and photography. I love to grow flowers of all kinds, write poetry and stories. I consider myself a perpetual student of life. This was my home for 9 years.  It taught me by observing nature that each day presents us with new gifts.  Each day I could witness the subtle changes in the seasons, a new birth of baby swans, a sunrise that arose in fireworks, and at days end, sunsets that closed in hues to beautiful to describe.  My pages contain thoughts obtained by growth (some of it painful) and writings from the soul and lessons learned, as well as dreams my heart has sought.

      My heart answers me each day I see a little more, a road yet to follow.

Upon the Sea, Beneath the Stars


I live upon the sea, beneath the stars;
The Lord's hand effervescently guiding me.

The egret's ballet beneath the reeds, feeding upon the sea's delights.
The call of the geese overhead--rock me gently, ride upon the sea;
small boat upon the sea.

The sun sinks slowly beneath the sea-- reflections...salty tears feed the sea: 

in search of me;

in search of thee.

"For now I am no longer quite so all alone; as you cast your light
on my sea bound home."
Light my way beyond the will, to the way.
Upon the sea, beneath the stars-these we shall always share.

Are you there? 

Beneath a ceiling of Orion, The Big Dipper and Venus...stellar constellations.
At One with the sea...waxing and waning with the moon; tidal tugs upon my soul.


Be not so far away...only a sigh away. Meet me beneath the moon; dance away unto the stars.
Return to me the piece of my heart surrendered; while being...upon the sea; beneath the stars.
